Next weekend, probably Saturday and Sunday, we should try to film. Here is a list of scenes we need to do. I will supply dialog, but there isn't much to say, so don't fret! Mostly this is up to Rachel and Ben! I hope they can do it. Remember, this is supposed to take place in September, so I apologize because we're not going to be able to wear jackets. Mostly though, the joke's on me because Lin and Fred have that fight scene.

At the park, we have two scenes. One is a simple worm's eye view of the kids throwing flowers down into a grave. The next is after the funeral, where Rachel and Ben share a few lines between them.

We need a shot of Rachel in the nightgown to supplement Olivia and Stacy's dream sequence at Bebe Lake. After this, Rochelle, Robbie, and Rachel have some lines from the beginning of the movie where Stacy, Olivia, and Lin talk about Freddy's disappearance.

Then, there's the huge fight scene with Lin, Freddy, and Audrey. This still needs to be planned out, as I only have a few ideas. Looks like on Friday night, I'll be making an ax- stand in. No problem, I can handle that. It'll be in Martha's yard, probably. We also need an actor to play Audrey's MOM! I almost forgot about that. I think she says, "Good bye, don't wait up for me." OR something to that effect. Then Audrey faints as she watches her mom drive away.

Lastly, there is a scene at Chandra's house where Lin is supposed to see her little sister out the window sitting and staring back at her. Welp, I'll really have to talk Tori into it, but maybe she'll do it, otherwise, fuck.

We CANNOT finish this all on Saturday, and that's fine. We'll have to do it near Thanksgiving as well. It'll be tough, but I have faith. I really can't cut anyone's character at this point, so let's be positive. We will ROCK the Freddy Prequel. Just think, after this, it's all inside work, so we won't have to be out in the cold when the snow starts! I realize am a dictator, but we really should be finishing projects we start, especially because it's a great introduction to the craft of gore! I hope you all are excited.

I filmed two scenes with Rachel on Sunday and did some cool makeup for her character. All of which went very well. The acting was good, and this film will be great. Now, I was thinking that if we ever wanted to venture up here (CSC) during the summer, there are some really neat places to film. Something to think about. Excitement.

I watched it. It was an interesting movie, had some hilarious parts as well. Yes, there is some puking, and also some zombie-esque states of people, but they're aliens, so it's not the same. AC/BF is safe, but it was close, man. A little too close. We have to hurry up and make that movie and send it to TROMA or something. I dunno.

I added some interests to the candlestick makers info, ok, just one. If you think of any that apply, feel free to add them. :)

I can't think of any candlestick makers movies that are coming up title so whatever.

Talk about a bad sentence. :)

Films coming soon by the candlestick makers. We've been on a short hiatus from the fan film, which should be picking up soon. I hope. We're going to film a story I wrote, then I'm not sure what we'll do! Maybe we should get a few of those shorts done. Seeing as how Easter is around the corner...

It's true, you can find the original Dancing Fools/Candlestick Makers webpage by typing in my name in google. Interestingly enough, the links that come up on the first page are not to the mainpage.

Ha. Odd.

I'm also amused by something I wrote in the poor 'director's bios'... [We] have both been writing movie scripts for a bit now. One day, during the first week of the new school year, we decided we should make one together.
The plot thickens..

God, that's an understatement. That started it all, didn't it? Many have been worked together from then on.

In other non-Candlesticky news, I've been delighted by a 'high fashion' type makeup design I'd like to do. I have to work it out a little and get the props I need in order for it to work, so when I do I'm calling upon someone to be my little mannequin.

I feel another Phantom coming soon. It won't be mine though, it would be hard to do. Or else, when I work on some of my other writings, I'll go back to the greatest ghost story ever told!

I'm making story boards for the fan film. It's going well. Once we get the hard stuff out of the way, this film is as good as done. I was looking through the script thinking "we have a plan! we have a plan!" I want to watch Shawn of the Dead. I think I will.

I just wanted to let everyone know (I hope more people read this post than just Chandra, otherwise, what's the point?) that AC/BF is a go. I think we should shoot for May to film it. I'm sure we can finish the fan film by then. (Please, gods, let's finish it by then.) Also, we have that alien movie, and maybe that haunted house one to do. I was going to dig up that script about the ghost dancing in the bathroom, but I lost it. We could also go back and work on the documentary. Then there are those music videos in the works. We have a lot of ideas floating around. I like that. More to choose. If we want to have a go at something other than a slasher, just let me know. Chances are someone might have something. Anyway, not that I'm the boss or anything, but GO TEAM!

For the fans:
Okay, enough with the riddles and such. The nightmare fan thing is nearing completion. It is no longer incomplete. The captain/ co- director has to look it over. Also, I'll be handing off some AC/BF stuff. CStickers, prepare yourselves for 30+ scenes of filming. Just keep in mind all the work you've done, even if we can't use it now. I'm telling you it will pay off. Look at it this way: At least you've been able to get a good grasp on your characters. I think it's for the best, and I think the end project will be smashing. Thanks for your cooperation.
I hope you're not the only one reading this, Chandra. lol.

Guess what I did again? Yay zombies. This time, it's more funny, but I don't think I can live up to Glen's awesomeness. Picture it: a failed band, a chemical spill, colored juices, two montages. . . I'm not sure if it's a pinnacle, but it's certainly going to be well worth the effort. (Even if I have to re-work some parts. I'm more than okay with that.)It's nearly casted! If anyone besides the small group of friends reads CStickmakers, speak up now! You could VOLUNTEER to be in an awesome movie. I'm looking for talent. I'll seriously ask some other people to be in it. I'm hoping Mac can play Glen. . . But, oddly enough, at lunch today I was in line to get noodles, when I realized that the guy cooking the noodles could play a neat Glen. It was pretty darn funny. He didn't have the exact accent, but it sort of sounded like it.

Chandra, I need help. I was in the middle of writing AC/BF when I realized that the plot is becoming boring. (Perhaps I've strayed too far from the comedy?) I don't know how to fix it. It's about 46 scenes long. They are at Minerva's house. . . So I don't know. Also, random sort of post-- keep coming up with ideas of what to do during the summer. If you have any ideas, let's please talk about them. And thank you! The earlier we can prepare the better.

Seriously over loaded. I'm coming home next weekend, and i hope we can film. I'll call everyone when I return. With choir, I'll be busy, but I'm scheduling things, so I'll know more later on. I dunno, but there's always Thanksgiving Break, and I'll give plenty thanks if we can film "Extinguish" then. Also, If need be, we could save some of the Freddy scenes, making the necessary changes, and film during Christmas break. So let me know what you all think.

YESSS! I found some awesome blades. They are painted and ready for Freddy. Also, I edited the footage we had from Sunday night, and it's a bit sketchy. Poor direction from me that i didn't see at the time. . . I'll have to have someone else look at it and tell me what needs to be done, if anything. Otherwise, it's mostly good, and also funny. And scarrrry!

This post actually is not about V for Vendetta (Tomorrow!) It's about a small tragedy. Well, to the fans. So, on wikipedia, they have this history of Fred Krueger, and as it worked out, he was killed in 1966 by some Elm Street parents. Keep in mind, this is from the "Freddy's Dead" movie, and that one sucked gaspipes. Anyway, according to the synopsis, Nancy's parents moved into the house after Kruger died, which belonged to him before that. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. The first movie was released in 1984, and Nancy was 15, so she would have been born in 1969. Her mom admitted to killing Krueger, so I'm thinking she was already a parent before Kruger was killed. So it doesn't bloody match up. I still think that we should keep the time line we have in our movie because the sixth movie ruined everything. What does everyone else think? Also, look on Wikipedia under "Freddy Krueger" read the history and all the crap about the sixth movie and tell me what you think.

I've typed up to scene 15 on FFF- YAY. I've changed things along the way. I still need some of Chandra's thinking magic for those gruesome death scenes. We could film this sucker the first part of August and rock the summer. SHYES!I did the titles for it as well! I'm on a rampage.

I came across a saga involving pizza last night. Much to my pleasure, I can may that a new script is on its way. Hey, it's a comedy! And it's also a spin off of another well- known saga that is not a comedy-- except for episodes II and III. There are a few funny parts I can recall.
